Dublin, Calif. – Ross Stores continues to build out its presence in both existing and new markets with recent openings across 17 states.
The off-price retail company added 21 Ross Dress for Less locations and 3 dd’s Discount units in June and July. They are part of the company’s plan to open approximately 90 new locations this year – comprising 75 Ross and 15 dd’s stores during the current fiscal year.
This summer, Ross expanded its footprint in several existing markets and added locations in Michigan, Minnesota and New York, states it entered last year. The dd’s chain expanded its presence in Colorado, Pennsylvania and Texas.
Together, Ross Dress for Less and dd’s DISCOUNTS now operate a total of 2,148 locations in 43 states, the District of Columbia, and Guam.
Over time, the company plans to grow to at least 2,900 Ross Dress for Less and 700 dd’s Discount locations.
